When you buy an eSIM we collect your email address and order details. Payments are processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card number. If you use our mobile app, we store a login token on your device so you stay signed in.
When you contact support from the app or site we receive your message, your email address, and — if you are signed in — your recent order details (plan name, order status, eSIM identifier) so we can help without asking you for them. Support messages are kept only as long as needed to resolve your request.
Your email is used to deliver your eSIM, provide your account and VPN login, and send order-related messages. We do not sell your data and we do not send marketing email without your consent.
The bundled VPN is provided for privacy and security. We do not log your browsing activity, the sites you visit, or the content of your traffic through the VPN.
You can delete your account at any time in the app under Settings → Delete Account, or by emailing support@simsafely.com. Deletion is immediate: your login is removed, any VPN subscription is canceled and VPN accounts are deleted. Order records are kept for accounting as the law requires, but they are anonymized — your email, VPN credentials and activation codes are removed from them.
Passwords are stored only as salted hashes, all traffic to our servers is encrypted with TLS, and changing or resetting your password signs out every other device.
SimSafely is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. Purchases require you to be at least 18.
We share the minimum data necessary with our service providers: Stripe (payments), our eSIM connectivity provider (to activate your plan), and our VPN infrastructure provider (to create your VPN account). Each processes data only to deliver the service you purchased.
